Meaning:
The Supreme Divine Empress, worshipped even by mighty kings and rulers (rājarājārcitā), for all worldly power ultimately bows before Her. As Rājñī, She reigns over the universe with beauty, dignity, and compassion.
Her lotus-like eyes (rājīvalōcanā) radiate gentleness and purity. She enchants and delights all beings (rañjanī), not merely through outer beauty, but through the blissful sweetness (rasyā) of Her divine presence.
The soft music of Her jeweled girdle (raṇatkiṅkiṇimēkhalā) symbolizes the harmony and rhythm of creation itself, moving gracefully under Her divine play.
Meditation:
This verse invites us to meditate on the Mother as the union of majesty and sweetness.
As Rājñī, She teaches true sovereignty—not domination, but graceful wisdom and compassionate leadership.
As Rañjanī and Rasyā, She reminds us that spirituality is not dry or harsh; it is filled with beauty, joy, music, tenderness, and inner delight.
Her lotus-eyes encourage us to look upon the world with softness and compassion.
The tinkling bells of Her girdle symbolize the subtle music of divine presence—the sacred rhythm hidden within life itself.
