रमा राकेन्दुवदना रतिरूपा रतिप्रिया ।
रक्षाकरी राक्षसघ्नी रामा रमणलम्पटा ॥ ७२ ॥

English:

ramā rākēnduvadanā ratirūpā ratipriyā |
rakṣākarī rākṣasaghnī rāmā ramaṇalampaṭā ॥ 72 ॥

Tamil:

ரமா ராகேந்து³வத³நா ரதிரூபா ரதிப்ரியா ।

Meaning:

The radiant and loving Divine Mother, whose face shines like the cooling full moon (rākēnduvadanā), bringing peace and joy to all beings. She is the embodiment of divine love and delight (ratirūpā), revealing that love itself is sacred when united with the Divine.

At the same time, She is the fierce protector (rakṣākarī) who destroys demonic and harmful forces (rākasaghnī), guarding devotees from negativity both external and internal.

As ramaalampaṭā, She shines in eternal loving union with Śiva, symbolizing the inseparable harmony of consciousness and energy, devotion and bliss.

Meditate on Her moonlike face when the heart feels restless or emotionally burdened—Her cooling grace calms the inner world like moonlight softening the night.
