Meaning:
In this 60th verse, Śrī Lalitā appears as the Supreme Sovereign of the entire universe, ruling over everything that moves and everything that remains still — all living beings, nature, and the unseen forces of existence.
As Chārachara-jagannāthā, She governs both the moving (chara) and unmoving (achara) aspects of creation. This name reveals the deeper tattva of the universe — the clear understanding of cause and effect through which all existence functions under Her divine order.
She is also Chakra-rāja-niketanā, the One who resides in the Śrī Cakra, the king of all sacred yantras. The Śrī Cakra is not merely a mystical diagram but the divine seat of cosmic power where numerous deities and energies function under Her command. From this center of sacred geometry, She grants prosperity, harmony, and unity. Her grace also nurtures harmony within families and extended relationships, much like the blessings received through a kula-deivam temple.
As Pārvatī, She is the compassionate Mother who stands beside Śiva, guiding the world with maternal care and protection.
Her eyes, praised as Padma-nayanā, resemble the gentle lotus — full of compassion and divine power. Through Her compassionate glance (kaṭākṣa), devotees receive the blessings of Mahā Lakṣmī, bringing prosperity, removal of poverty, and relief from debts.
Her form shines as Padmarāga-sama-prabhā, radiating like the ruby gemstone. This ruby-like brilliance symbolizes the divine light that purifies the heart and transforms negative tendencies such as desire, anger, greed, delusion, pride, and jealousy into noble qualities. Through Her grace arise clarity of mind, inner peace, and virtuous character.
Thus, Lalitā appears here as the Cosmic Queen who governs the universe, resides in the sacred Śrī Cakra, blesses devotees with prosperity and compassion, and transforms the inner nature of the seeker with divine radiance.

This verse reminds us that the Divine Mother is not confined to temples or rituals alone. As Chārachara-jagannāthā, She pervades all existence — present in every living being, every natural force, and every silent space of the universe.
Meditate on Her as Chakra-rāja-niketanā, the One who resides in the Śrī Cakra. The Śrī Cakra is not only a sacred geometric diagram but also a symbolic map of the universe and the inner structure of consciousness. When we contemplate it, we align ourselves with divine order and harmony.
