Meaning:
In this 28th verse, Śrī Lalitā appears as:
The radiant Queen, joyfully witnessing Her śaktis and Nityā Devīs preparing to annihilate the army of Bhaṇḍāsura. She is not merely a passive observer—Her delight reflects Her encouragement and confidence in the strength of Her emanations. Lalitā here embodies both the Supreme General, commanding with grace, and the Mother, filled with joy as Her children (the śaktis) express their valor.
Meditation:
Imagine Lalitā Devī, serene yet radiant with a smile of deep satisfaction, as Her divine energies march forth, eager to dismantle the forces of ignorance and arrogance. She represents the Divine assurance that righteousness always prevails. For the devotee, this verse is an invitation to trust that the Divine Mother delights in our courage and inner battles—each victory over ego, doubt, or fear is Her own joy. To meditate here is to feel Her loving encouragement: She is watching, delighting in our growth, and ensuring our triumph.

Tamil: ப⁴ண்ட³ஸைன்ய-வதோ⁴த்³யுக்த-ஶக்திவிக்ரம-ஹர்ஷிதா
Meaning: She who rejoices in the valor of her divine forces as they prepare to destroy the army of Bhaṇḍāsura (the demon of delusion and desire). This highlights her role as the commander and source of courage, inspiring her śaktis (energies) in the cosmic battle of truth against ignorance.
Reflection: The Goddess does not fight alone — she empowers her forces, delights in their strength, and rejoices in their victory. Her joy reflects the assurance that good shall always triumph when divine power is united with righteous intent.
Contemporary Reflection: A true leader is one who takes joy in the growth and victories of others. Just as She is gladdened by the courage of her śaktis, we too should celebrate the strength of our teams, families, and communities.
Meditation: "May I learn to empower others, rejoice in their victories, and together overcome the forces of negativity.”

Tamil: நித்யா-பராக்ரமாடோப-நிரீக்ஷண-ஸமுத்ஸுகா
Meaning: She who eagerly delights in watching the glorious valor and magnificence of the Nityā Devīs (her eternal attendants, the manifestations of her power). The Goddess not only commands but also lovingly observes and rejoices in their courage and strength.
Reflection: The Mother celebrates the bravery of her own manifestations, showing that divine power is not just about victory but also about witnessing and honoring courage. She teaches us to value the strength and determination of those who walk with us.
Contemporary Reflection: A true guide or leader does not only act but also finds joy in watching others shine. Just as She rejoices in her Nityās, we too should learn to appreciate and celebrate the achievements of those around us.
Meditation: “May I learn to rejoice in the strength of others and support them with a heart full of love and encouragement.”
