The majestic Queen of the Universe, receiving the reverent praises of countless celestial sages, while surrounded by an empowered army of divine Śaktis. She stands resolute, prepared for the righteous battle against the demon Bhaṇḍāsura, embodying both grace and unshakable courage.
Meditation:
Visualize Śrī Lalitā on the battlefield of dharma—radiant, serene, yet unwavering in purpose. Her readiness to confront negativity, while being honored by sages, reminds us to balance inner dignity with outer action. True spiritual authority is not passive—it acts decisively to protect righteousness.
Sanskrit: देवर्षि-गण-संघात-स्तूयमानात्म-वैभवा
Tamil: தே³வர்ஷி-க³ண-ஸங்கா⁴தஸ்-தூயமானாத்ம-வைப⁴வா
Meaning: She whose divine glory (ātma-vaibhava) is praised and sung by the entire host of celestial sages (deva-ṛṣis). Even the most enlightened beings of the higher realms stand in awe of her infinite splendor.
Reflection: True greatness does not demand praise — it draws it naturally from those who recognize its depth. Her glory inspires even the wisest to become students again.
Contemporary Reflection: In life, when our actions radiate integrity and compassion, recognition flows without seeking. Like her, we can focus on embodying our values rather than chasing applause.
Meditation: “May I live so that my actions speak for me, and my character becomes a hymn in itself.”
Meaning: She who is accompanied by the army of divine energies (śakti-senā) fully prepared to destroy the demon Bhaṇḍāsura — the embodiment of arrogance, ignorance, and evil tendencies.
Reflection: Every great mission needs both strength and alignment. She shows that divine purpose is fulfilled not alone, but with the united force of empowered allies.
Contemporary Reflection: In our own battles — whether against injustice, negativity, or inner weaknesses — success comes from rallying the right people and energies, preparing well, and standing ready to act with courage.
Meditation: “May I gather and align my inner and outer strengths to face life’s challenges with unshakable resolve.”
